The Parisi Speed School's mission is to empower youth by improving their speed of movement and strength of character, delivering positive training that boosts fitness, confidence, and performance, all while fostering a strong sense of self and lasting skills, regardless of athletic ability or background
The program serves youth and high-school athletes while also supporting 2–5 collegiate-level athletes through individualized, one-on-one offseason training
Total Sports Performance
6:30 PM – 7:20 PM
Ages: 10–15
Advanced Strength
7:20 PM – 8:20 PM
Ages: 12–17
Athletic Speed Development
Kids learn sprint mechanics, acceleration, and agility to improve how quickly and efficiently they move while building strong athletic fundamentals.
Strength & Movement Foundations
Athletes build functional strength with age-appropriate exercises that improve balance, stability, and coordination.
Confidence & Character Building
A positive coaching environment helps athletes develop discipline, focus, confidence, and mental toughness.
For All Youth Athletes
Designed for all ability levels—from beginners to competitive players—with opportunities for advanced performance training.
